Michelle Hendrickson, LMT, NCTMB
I received my Massage Certification at Healing Touch Therapeutic Massage School in '01 and received my National Certification shortly after. Since then, I have continued to learn and have received several specialized certifications through continued education courses. I believe in life-long learning and will always strive to offer the highest quality in Massage and Bodywork.
I believe in a holistic approach to wellness. I believe in the body's innate capability to heal itself. Massage and bodywork can be a wonderful way to help facilitate the process. In My 17 years of experience, I have worked with and helped assist in healing of children, geriatrics and everyone in between. I have an extreme passion in what I do and truly enjoy helping people achieve their wellness goals. I am fascinated by the body and how it works and love to teach my clients about self-care, wellness and how massage and bodywork can be wonderful adjunct to their life. I do not believe in a "cookie cutter" approach to massage and bodywork. Whether its the soothing, luxurious experience of a Swedish Massage to promote circulation and reduce stress, or a bodywork treatment using Deeptissue Massage or Myofascial Release to create change in deeply rooted stuctural mis-alignments, I will assure that you receive the highest quality treatment for you.
I am a wife and mother to three beautiful children. My hobbies and interests include learning, being outside, yoga, hiking, biking, non-motorized watercraft, fitness, cooking, sewing, reading, traveling, gardening, spending time with my family. My favorite place to be is my home so I feel fortunate to be able to offer all my services to my clients from the space of my convenient, comfortable home studio.
